Client Engagement Manager

Experience: 5 – 10 years

Responsibilities:
Managing clients and software project engagements including the people responsible for project execution
Leading executive whiteboard / strategy sessions around sales, marketing and customer support
Requirements gathering using Enterprise Design Thinking Methodology
Validating resource plans, managing project scope and quality
Skills: PMP certification, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking (preferred)
Salesforce Developer
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Team: Development
Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team to establish and extend our client’s Salesforce environments through system configuration, custom coding, and overall user interface and application development.
Work closely with Solution Architects and other Salesforce Developers to create unique solutions that meet the requirements outlined by our clients
Conduct quality testing on system functionality and defined test cases.
Skills: APEX, javascript, REST, SOAP, SQL ETL.NET or Java coding
